Erica Zimmerman is excited to announce the upcoming litter of her Frankie and Summer Stoller’s Thorn. These English Shepherds are both confident, extremely biddable herding, farm and family dogs from proven working lines with reliable social temperaments, excellent conformation, and solid health testing.
Frankie (Center Farm Good Persistence ESC # ) is January 2021 daughter of Center Farm Peggity (Brandywine Pippa x Jasper) and Jan Hillborn’s Teddy. All these dogs demonstrate the results of superlative breeding ethics - absolutely no compromises on rock-solid temperaments, excellent work ethics, intelligence, social confidence and physical structure.
Frankie’s dynamic combination of traits reflects both her mother and grandmother, our Peggity (gone but not forgotten) and Pippa, our almost 14 year old foundation dog. All three of these dogs have an infallible work ethic. Frankie exemplifies Pippa’s boldness and Peggy’s attention on her handler.
Thorn is seal and white, solid build with curly coat, rugged good looks with way too many "naughty spots," (freckles). 22 inches tall and 68 pounds. Everyone's best friend. He moves, acts, and thinks exactly like his dad Cody. He is a problem solver, adventure seeker. Hunting and herding drive off the charts. Loves to be working and patrolling the farmyard more than laying in the shade.
Thorn resides in OH with his person, Summer Stoller.
This will be Frankie’s first litter. We do not make breeding a regular practice but rather the right thing to do when we have an excellent proven dog with a superb proven mate.
